About Me

I have a horizontal (not vertical) career structure. My career has taken me from running tea production lines under strict ISO standards, to orchestrating the development of global learning programs across multiple time zones, to rebuilding various startup business operations from the inside out. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats – project manager, operations lead, PR strategist, and systems builder – always with a focus on enabling people and organisations to do their best work.

AimTrue is the expression of what I’ve learned: that thoughtful structure enables creativity, that small operational shifts can unlock substantial impact flow?, and that real growth happens when people, processes, and purpose are aligned.

For years, I measured my worth by what I delivered to clients. When results fell short, I would spiral into self-criticism and exhaustion. I’ve since realised my real gift isn’t in guaranteeing outcomes according to arbitrary timelines – it’s in creating the conditions where transformation can take root.
